Approximately  40 square meters fully equipped studio (unified room with double bed, sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen-living room area) balcony or terrace (depending on floor). 

The studio apartment is in a quite area of the beachfront village of Plakias on the south coast of Crete. 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops, and beach front tavernas, coffee shops and bars. 5 minutes walk takes to the small harbour where you can take the ferry to other beaches or other islands (Gavdos island) near south coast of Crete.

The studio is part of another 7 apartments which are completely separate, the apartment is carefully designed to provide privacy and relaxation with the private balcony and terrace. There are also communal places such as a yard and a roof terrace (with wooden sunbeds) with nice mountain and sea views.

We provide twice a week room cleaning, bedlinen and towels. Laundry and ironing service is provided upon request (with a small charge) and a cleaning lady is there every day to help for anything you need.
