On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and dinning area with a large sofa bed and a bathroom. On the 1st floor there is a double bedroom, its bathroom and a balcony. There is also a spacious terrace with panoramic view of the mountains and the sea. Combination of peaceful and moments with a lot of action as Plakias is beach front village with all the amenities and activities that a city has.

5 min walk to the beach: The Holiday home is 5 min walk from Plakias beach. A very large sandy beach. There are also several beach options within 30 min of walk/10 min of cycling/5 minutes of driving.

Other activities that take place are scuba diving, snorkelling, diving, wind surfing, etc. Moreover, from Plakias small port ferries are going to other remote beaches or villages of south coast of Crete which are difficult or impossible to approach by car.
